So after a friend of mine saw this video then he typed….

“I think the pertinent question to ask is this: “What is success?”

Success is not that complicated.

We ask that question when we want to pat ourselves on the back and say, “I don’t need that, I didnt do too bad afteralll”.

If you’ve ever had to tell me that, then you clearly need it, you just haven’t gotten in front of MIRROR to tell your self.

Obviously success depends on the CONTEXT and this guy in the video was very clear about what CONTEXT he is talking about.  If you’ve ever had to design a resume, then you fall in this category.

Survey says that 97% of network marketers are generating less than 5 leads per day. If you noticed, I am using the language generating and not chasing leads.  If you have to chase network marketing leads, the quality of those leads is pretty bad.

It is extremely important to understand the qualities of your network marketing leads.  Quality can simply be described as the response of a lead to your offer.  Some leads  will never buy anything from you and some are just very responsive to one or more of your offers.  Those that are responsive are usually those that were looking for something similar to what you are offering even before they met you.

There are many factors that affect the quality of your network marketing leads.  However, I will only discuss the most important and major one; the source of the leads.  The concept around this fact is to understand where your best prospects hang out and know what they are doing at any point in time.

It’s a no brainer to understand that you best network marketing leads are searching on Google right now for a good home business.  If they find you, there is a huge chance they are buying into you and joining.  In the same token, your worst network marketing leads are your family and friends who you begged to take a look and didn’t even give you the time till 2 weeks later even if you lived in the same house.  Well, there is a huge chance that they won’t join because they are going about their regular daily life, weren’t looking for what you are offering and you are simply an interruption.

I spoke to a guy who apparently is taking a look at MLM opportunities.  He was obviously scared jacked out of his mind of taking a few hundred dollars risk.  This is called fear where I am from.

He was exercising fear in the name of being bothered why everyone in the industry call themselves experts in MLM opportunities even if they just started.  This gentleman actually admitted that it is the same in Real Estate which is his background, everyone calls themselves an expert. Then I told him, “may be you are over-thinking the term ‘expert instead of worrying about the opportunity that PRESENTED ITSELF’.  What is your definition of an expert?” I asked.

The Beauty of MLM Opportunities.

It is not complicated but people don’t believe that authentic things should be simple.  If it’s not named a franchise with $1,000,000 initial investment, then it must be a scam.

Skeptical about MLM opportunities like this?

Here is a newsflash.  Things are getting easier, faster and cheaper than ever before. It is the nature of human being to want to do things faster.  Technology was born out of this very nature.  However, the new age requires strong desire, faith and belief in yourself. Nothing else is needed or required to make stupid income these days.

It is now a myth that you need money to make money.

That was industrial age and that was DECADES ago.  Another myth is that you need to know people.  You need to start getting to know people and that is 180 degrees different from the need to know people.  Get it?  “Start getting to” is different from “already know people”.

… and are even more ethical than anything I have known human beings for.  A bad news for you if you are still skeptical about the industry is that, not many people will chase or beg you as we move forward to more of attraction and internet marketing.

Think of it like this.  Back in 1999, I got my first mobile phone.  I knew a lot of people who said it was another way for the telecommunication industry to have us pay more bills.  It’s simply a view and nothing is wrong with that.  My view was it’s the future, it’s a cool thing to have and I am getting it.

Everyone didn’t need to agree to it.  Everyone doesn’t need to agree with MLM opportunities neither.  Why not?  Because everyone doesn’t need to agree to the only chance for most corporate slaves to have financial freedom.  Simply put, it’s the way forward, find your way into the industry right now.  If you will do it later anyway, why not now?

Times are changing.  You are absolutely in tune with an inevitable situation; CHANGE.  Network marketing today is no difference.  It is changing rapidly and it’s paramount to stay on top of this.  It is natural for change to happen in life but it is also natural for human beings to try to resist change.

Network marketing today is easier than ever before provided you understand the need to learn marketing skills using the new age MLM tools. The times of the 3 feet rule, wandering aroung the mall, bothering your friends’ friends is over.  That process is painful for most people.  Most people hate rejections.  I hated rejections and I still hate them even more.

In network marketing today, you don’t have to deal with that because of the power of technology.  The only reason why you would feel the need to do that is because you don’t have more leads than you can speak to in a day.  If you did, you won’t have time to deal with people who are not really ready for success.

There is something called interrupt marketing and another called search marketing.  Interrupt marketing is what most people are used to in traditional network marketing.  When you interrupt people that are going about their daily business with your advertising, that’s interrupt marketing.  Search marketing is the moste effective because you are targeting people with similar or exact information with your advertising, article and other kinds of content.

The technology available for network marketing today makes this possible.  Think about it.  There are over 50,000 searches daily on “make money from home.”  There are way too many people that are looking for extra or replaced income that are not necessarily a member of you family or present circle of friends.  If you mastered a few online MLM marketing skills, your opportunity will get in from of them.

Back in the day in network marketing, there was a strategy called tap rooting.  That is a situation where you treat every new rep as they will quit tomorrow by getting all their contacts.  In my opinion if they quit that business, you actually have NO RIGHT in contacting their personal contacts with some crap.  Besides that, the whole point behind that is to expand your network.  Therefore since day one in this industry, family and friends alone has never been enough.

Transparency is the key to success in business these days. Network marketing today is no difference.  The traditional practice to lie to people as long as no tape is being recorded. This business is becoming more and more mainstream daily.  The act of fooling someone into an hotel meeting is getting obsolete.  24 hours is shrinking daily and no one has time to waste.  Think again, if they were looking for a similar or exact information when you presented them with your opportunity, you won’t need to lie to them and your job will be easier.  That’s right.  Network marketing today is a lot more easier, provided you are willing to learn some skills with the new age MLM tools.

If you are reading this, you are wondering if network marketing companies are scams.  Well first of all, what is a scam? According to the dictionary, “it is a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit.”  Let me just say there is nothing wrong with quick profit unless you stepping on someone else’s toe while making it.

Network marketing on its own is not a scam. In fact, it is a legitimate industry that has been endorsed by so many greats like Bill Clinton, Donald J. Trump, Robert Kiyosaki who called it the “business of the 21st century.“  Indeed it is.   Think of it this way.  Because technology is allowing you to speak with your friends and family who are thousands of miles away without physically being with them doesn’t make the wireless technology a scam.

People generally have problem with change.  Change is what network marketing has brought.  Because you NEVER have to invest your life savings in a corner store again and have to sit down there forever with no freedom before you can become a business owner doesn’t mean that the new age business opportunities are scams.  Therefore let’s be clear.  Network marketing scams is an over stated phrase and it’s predominantly made up by folks who got involved, didn’t have the right tools and training and failed.

There have been quite a few network marketing scams out there.  I want to be clear about that.  But that’s the case in any industry; AIG, BP, Enron etc. I can continue to name USED TO BE legit corporate out there found out to be scams after all.  The network marketing is different.  The simple nature of human beings allows room to abuse anything.  The most important thing is to know how to recognize a scam and it’s simple.

In scams, products or services of any kind never exchange hands.  There you have it.  You know that you are involved in a pyramid scheme if someone recruited you into a program and there are no tangible products with an existing market and that really serve or meet the need of some customers out in the market place.

Network marketing is simply a distribution channel.  A distribution channel can legally take any shape they want and that includes a pyramid shape.  After all, your corporate structure is the shape of a pyramid too.  Therefore, because most network marketing organizations and compensation plans take on a pyramid shape doesn’t necessarily mean they are scams or pyramid schemes.

In fact, network marketing has legally produced the most millionaires in the past few decades.  While some people are busy running around the internet calling it scams after falling flat on their face, about 3% who recognize it as a low risk business opportunity are making hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly in 1-5 years.  Also, as predicted 10 years ago, it is rapidly becoming the best chance to financial freedom for any human being especially in this tough financial times.

Apparently, you already realized that educating yourself is the key to success in the MLM business.

That’s right….

Just like every other profession out there, leaving no stones unturned is very important.

After enjoying some success in this industry, I have been through quite a few MLM network marketing books. Some were a total waste of time, some were just another mere excuse to sell a book to a bunch of vulnerable people seeking success and a few got me where I am today. I will share just one with you.

I am going to share exactly what to look for in MLM books.

First and foremost…firstly, Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard is a must have.

That book single handed-ly changed my mindset about this business. I was taught to chase people, family and friends even though quite often, my uplines contradict themselves by saying we are in a sorting game. Chasing and sorting just doesn’t go together.

When looking into network marketing books, you want a book that addresses the challenges that you are having at any particular time. I see a lot of people just asking top income earners what book they are reading and just go and buy it. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with doing what people that have results are doing. As a matter of fact, that’s another key to getting your desired result. What I am saying is to not go in blindly. Make sure that the book you are purchasing make sense to you and at least have some value to add to your business.

For example, when I found magnetic sponsoring, I was looking for a way to end my frustration with chasing friends and family. The title spoke volume in value for my business already. I also knew that dominating this business online was the future. When I read more into the description of this MLM book, it offered educating me on that and the whole attraction marketing model originated from the book.

When considering a book, ask yourself…

“What do I want right now?”. That’s the first question. Also feel free to listen to other people’s idea like top income earners. But you still should ask yourself after reading a summary or description. “Do I need the education that this book is offering?” In other words, will the knowledge put more money in your bank account or get you closer to your dream and goals.

Most people in network marketing are suffering from lack of cash-flow and lack of leads. For the average network marketer, it takes a while to get substantial income coming from the primary business. Many suffer from lack of skills to recruit which in my opinion is 95% connected to lack of abundant leads. Many suffer from the wrong mindset, poverty mindset, “I am not going to spend more money on my business that’s suppose to change my life” mindset. Focus on network marketing books that addresses this serious issues.

I saw this clip and it just made absolute sense to me.

BE WATER. In other word, open your mind.

If you know something perhaps you will be making Six figures monthly income.

Its funny that when you talk to many folks who are struggling financially and need financial breakthrough ASAP, they seems to be the one that knows everything.  They know the name of all the top earners in MLM. They know the detail about why some MLM company closed down. They know the history, birth date and the hour that Mike Dillard was born. I mean, they KNOW EVERYTHING.  This people usually are not very successful.  Because they are really close minded people.  Open your mind to new ideas and weigh it. There are many things and strategy you do not know.

This can be applied also to MLM recruiting. Scripts are very good. Please do not get me wrong. But I can almost guarantee you that there will be time when they will not be EEFECTIVE. To be a top recruiter in your MLM company, you must be like water. Relax. Put no pressure on yourself.  Be like water. Flow with the prospect. Take on the shape of the situation. Connect with the prospect. Understand that MLM sponsoring is not about you. You should be SINCERELY trying to help the prospect. If this is true, then YOU WILL LISTEN. Find their “WHY“, and offer them the solution. It is up to them to take it.

The Skills of the 21st century (the technology age) is ABSOLUTELY necessary for your success and especially if you care about your team needs.  If you are stiff and simply not open to these new skills, then you are simply not water. You are STUCK in the strategies of 1950s while we are home signing up people in our company ACROSS the planet using today’s technology.

You don’t get on it, your downline will eventually find these technology and leave you for someone that will show them.
