The company has to be marketing at least one product or service. There has to be an exchange of product and service from one party to another. This pretty much throw the ACN scam allegations into the trash can.
Another prove that ACN is not a scam
..is the type of services that they are marketing. If you are familiar with the company, ACN is marketing telecommunication services. They started from long distance services. Now, they market phone services by partnering with the major telecommunication carriers out there. ACN is currently partnering with Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Dish Network, Direct TV etc. In places like Canada and other part of the United States, the MLM company now market energy by partnering with the major energy carrier in that region due to the energy deregulations. I have a question forr those making the ACN scam allegations. Are Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and the other telecommunication Companies scams? If ACN is a scam, would these companies put their reputation on the line by partnering with ACN?
To properly know if a company like ACN is a scam, you have to examine their endorsement. Arguably the most popular billionaire on the planet in the person of Donald Trump is currently endorsing ACN. He is actually their national spokesman. Regardless of your opinion about him, we can both agree that he would not partner or endorse any company that has the potential to mess up his or tarnish his name. His name is his biggest asset. This further proves that ACN is not a scam.
It is very important to examine the owners of any Network Marketing Company if you are trying to check if they are legit or not. ACN was founded by Greg Provenzano, Robert Stevanovski, Mike Cupisz and Tony Cupisz. These gentlemen were formal successful Network Marketing distributors. Their Network Marketing Company shut down on them. This was the major reason why they started their own company to prevent such occurrence from happening to their distributors. Do not get me wrong they are business men. But their decisions are not 100% profit motivated. These people have featured along with ACN top income earners on the Donald Trump NBC apprentice show.
So Why Do People Call ACN A Scam?
You have to understand first that some formal reps for ACN are the one making these ACN scam allegations. The major reason is due to their failure. This makes you wonder why people fail in MLM business like ACN. The first reason is because they refuse to recognize this as a real business and not some hobby that you do on the side. To start ACN, you will need a mere $500 as oppose to $1M that you would need to start a Burger King Franchise. And your family and friends probably introduce the business to you. Despite this, those that refused to treat ACN like a real business will fail at it.
People that fail at ACN are the one that don’t understand that MLM business is a numbers game. As great and obvious the business of leverage is, many people will not get it and they will be very skeptical. That is Ok. You have to present your business to lot of people at the shortest period of time. You cannot waste time on one prospect. To do this, you need an endless supply of qualify and hot MLM leads. You must master the MLM Lead generation skill set. This is the 21st century way of building MLM business. It is relatively easy to generate leads online and build you business without chasing family and friends.

For sure not a scam! I believe ACN being around for time now should be a clue that they are a legitimate MLM.
The question is whether or now, telecommunications is something that a new person can be passionate about and whether or not there is market share available since many people have already heard about the company.
I actually was with them when they 1st launched. I came over from Equinox and loved the company. I was just too young at the time and had I stayed with it, I could have rode the wave of momentum as they grew.

The logic here is amazing. They are suggesting that most of the scam allegations are from reps who lost money and who are just bitter about losing money and retaliating by lashing out at the company. Well…of course they are? Did the people that Bernie Madoff scam not lose money? Were they not bitter? Did they not have the right to voice their complaints about being scammed?
You can’t compare what ACN does to reputable companies like Verizon, AT&T, and Direct TV. Those are companies that provide legitimate services to millions of customers. ACN is not. They are not MLM companies. ACN is! So that is why ACN can be a scam even when the other companies are not. You can put a monkey among a pack of wolves, but that does not make it a wolf. I will say that it is unethical for those companies to even be involved with ACN, even indirectly, due to how unethical ACN is. But that is for another conversation.
You’ll know its a scam once you try to set up the videophone and realize it doesn’t even work and your stuck paying for it for the next two years.
