Is Herbalife a Scam

Looking For Herbalife scam related information?

NO it is not a scam. Problem is people keep joining without LEARNING what I am about to show you below for FREE…

You are on this page because you are wondering if Herbalife is a scam or not. Well you have come to the right page. You might have already concluded in your mind anyway that Herbalife is a scam and you are just looking for ways to justify your beliefs. There is a big chance that I will be disagreeing with you today.  Ok let me set this straight now. Herbalife is not a scam. Believe it or not, there are actually only a handful of MLM scams out there.  Most of the MLM Companies out there that people are calling scams like Herbalife are actually legit businesses.

I am not a distributor for Herbalife.  So I absolutely do not have any incentives in telling you that Herbalife is not a scam.

Herbalife is marketing products through the multi level marketing business model otherwise called MLM or Network Marketing as you know already. Herbalife is basically operating under the wealth creation principle called leverage. The name of the game is leverage. If you want to make money in any shape or form, you have to embrace the leverage concept. With Herbalife, you are basically getting paid to market their products. However it is simply impossible to sell enough products to give you financial freedom. This is why you have to build a team of other entrepreneurs like you that want to make more money from the comfort of their house. People that have problem with this are the ones calling Herbalife a scam.

Herbalife Scam Allegation Sources

Before you start believing all the stories and forums you read online, you have to first look at how long Herbalife has been in business. This company started in 1980 and has been growing since then.  I personally do not know of any MLM scam that will last that long. The federal governments especially the United State government is constantly looking for fraudulent businesses that are taking money from people. So you can rest assure that they have looked and looked again at Herbalife and came to the conclusion that Herbalife is not a scam.

Herbalife has around 1.9 million representatives around the world. This company is currently distributing in 70 countries. You need to let that sink in. They had $3.8 billion sales volume in 2008. In 2007, Herbalife paid $2.4billion to their distributors in compensation. This is unheard of in any company.

Herbalife is even listed on the New York Stock Exchange and they are members of Direct Selling Associations around the world.  You can go through the New York Stock Exchange list and tell me which company that you would consider a scam. You need to seriously snap out of the Herbalife scam mentality. This is a legit MLM business that is giving regular folks like you and me the chance to better our life and be financially free if and only if we are ready to put in the work.

So Why Are People Making The Herbalife Scam Allegations?

The people calling Herbalife a scam are usually the people that were involve in the company before but failed at it. Just like any business, people will fail at it. People that say an MLM company like Herbalife is a scam are usually the people that I called “Tired Kickers”. These are the people that are not willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in the network marketing business. These are the people that somehow think that their upline is supposed to do everything for them. These are the people that let life get in the way of their success. These are the people that are not consistent enough to be successful in the Network Marketing business. Herbalife is a business. If you think it is some kind of hobby and you don’t take it serious, you will fail it. That is a simple fact.

The people calling Herbalife scam are people that were never thought the most important skill that you need to have in order to be successful in Herbalife or any other MLM company.  This skill is marketing.  We Network Marketers forget that we are marketers.  Do not get me wrong here. You have to network. But the idea that you will make millions of dollars with just family and friends is just ridiculous to me. You will run out of your warm market. You need to have a marketing plan in place.

Some of them that know that they have to market are simply marketing the wrong thing.  I will put this as simple as I can put it. You have to market yourself. Herbalife is doing a great job of marketing themselves already.  THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS.  PEOPLE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE.  As great as Herbalife products might be, people will join your team only because of you. People that go over the internet saying that Herbalife is a scam are the people that refuse to understand this simple concept.  These same people will call all other MLM companies a scam.

Lastly, the people calling Herbalife scam are the ones that do not know how to leverage the internet to explode their business.  You can choose to do your Herbalife business at the Starbucks or you can choose to leverage the internet and strategically place your business in front of millions of people on the internet daily.

MLM leads are the life of your business. You need more people to talk to than you can possibly talk to. One of the major reasons why people have problem recruiting is because they get their emotions involved in the process. MLM is a numbers game. IF you have 30 people to talk to everyday, you will not have the time to be sad over a perceived rejection. Generating MLM leads online is one of the skills set that you must master. All the top earners in Herbalife and other MLM companies are doing it.

PS: The herbalife scam allegation are false at press time.

  1. Herbalife is for sure not a scam..they are one of the fastest growing MLM comps out there and that by doing over 4 billion $ in sells a year IMPRESSIVE …however in todays mlm world I think the compensation plan is just bad…it blinds their dist by sayng they pay out 73% which is only partially correct – the high frontloading pressure hlf dsit face to maintain their monthly volume of 2500$ is a killer …you are forced to sell or recruit people with a load of product if you do not achieve 2500 a month then you don’t get a check. So its not really a company where you generate passive income cause you are always forced to move $2500 in product unless you make enough money to buy $2500 worth of powders pills and creams and throw it away and thats what a LOT of people do, trust me, been there done that

  3. Hey Ola& Shola,

It is surprising how many people still think that Herbalife is a scam even after all the years that this company has been around and all of the commissions that have been paid to their distributors…
The only Herbalife scam is the marketing strategies that they teach like hassling friends and family but if you don’t know by know that the key to having success in this industry comes down to lead generation online then you are learning from the wrong source…. AND I would strongly advise you to grab the MLM brothers report to start to open your eyes to the possibilities that the internet will open for you.

    Have a great day day!
