I want to share with you your chances of success with building an organization at this company. There are few things that determines if you will in fact make a dime at Trevo. Your prospect will make decision either to listen or not based on your perceived worth and and that of your recommendations. Relationship building is key here.

In spite of the pre-existing relationship, most people fail at Sponsoring their family and friends. Why? Let me be clear hear. Recruiting is simply not guaranteed even with your existing Rolodex. As far as you are concerned, they are simply prospects that you need to go through with the right skill set. When you are done going through them, then you need even more prospects and leads. Lead generation is a training that Trevo will likely never offer you. That is your responsibility.

Your goal is to be able to share the Trevo opportunity with as many people as possible and not worry if they join. By sharing it, you are just doing a favor. That positioning will take you far in the Trevo business. If you plead with anyone to join, they will sense that you are anxious, it will really sound like a scam and they won’t join Trevo.
