A friend of mine called me a while ago and was telling me about this great juice that he has been drinking. Now this is a guy that was not excited when he got promoted at his job and now he is very excited about this magic juice. I immediately sense that he just signed up as a rep for some MLM company and he is trying to sell me that thing. At this period of time, I was an undercover Network marketer if you know what I’m saying. So he had no idea that I am also involved in a MLM company. Well that juice was a MonaVie juice.
MonaVie is a beverage company. MonaVie juice was launched in Jan 2005. Monarch Health Sciences, which was the company that launched the juice, started in 2003. But their initial products were supplements used for dieting and weight loss. MonaVie juice is said to provide health benefits and is an antioxidant. MonaVie Juice is made from blended fruit juice concentrates with freeze-dried açaí powder and purée. The Juice is distributed mainly through a multi-level marketing (MLM) business model. Now I know you probably don’t care about all this.
In terms of the compensation plan, there are 8 ways you can make money in MonaVie. 1. Direct Sales and preferred 2. customer bonus, 3. Bulk Order Bonus, 4. First Order Bonus, 5. Star Maker Bonus, 6. Team bonuses, 7. Executive Check Match Bonus, 8. Leadership bonus, 9. Multiple Business Centers.
The company has different executive ranking. They are BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, RUBY, EMERALD, DIAMOND and BLUE DIAMOND. The highest level A distributor can reach in MonaVie is the Triple Crowne Black Diamond. Attaining this position also comes with a $3,000,000 cash bonus and other rewards. The average income of the Royal Black Diamond Executive and above is the excess of $3,000,000 per year. However; the average income per year of a MonaVie distributor from July 2008 to June 2009 was $2,918.22. $3000 per year. I guess it’s the same story after all.
Just like any MLM company, you will make most of your money when you recruit and help your team make money. There is no way around this. You need an MLM lead generation system, which will bring the recruits to you. Some people have problem in helping others make money. They are definitely in the wrong business and wrong industry. The company offer some great training program and tools to help the distributor succeed. But I have to be honest here; THEY ARE THE OLD INEFFECTIVE METHOD. I mean, there is reason why the average networker make $10/week.
MonaVie distributors just like any other MLM companies out there are facing the same problem. They are not making any money. They are mostly still stuck in the old ways of doing business. They are still calling very expensive cold leads. They are training them to chase families and friends. Doing the stupid 3 Foot Rule MLM prospecting thing. Your warm market will finish sooner or later. So what happens after that? The idea that you will build a Multi-million dollars business does not make sense at all.
The common problem is the lack of leads. It doesn’t matter how great a company is. The compensation plan can be 100% commission for all I care. You need Opportunity seekers and buyers to recruit. You need an MLM lead generation system that will bring prospects to you with their credit cards in their hand. People will not sign with MonaVie because of how great MonaVie is. They will join MonaVie because of YOU. How are you branding yourself?
So do I recommend MonaVie? Honestly, selling Juice is not my thing or my brother’s. But if you have an online MLM Lead generation system in place; ONLY IF, it will make it a whole lot more easier.
