This is one of those issues that took me years to understand. I mean, I was going to the gym day and night and I was doing different exercises at the gym. Do not get me wrong, these exercises were working and I was seeing the changes that I wanted on the specific body part. For example, my triceps were getting bigger and so were my biceps. Although I have big chest already (thanks to my genes), my chest was also noticeably bigger
However despite all these, I did not necessarily like the overall picture of what I was seeing in the mirror. Mind you, I said there were improvements on the specific body parts. And I was proud of these improvements. There was something that glued all these body parts together. This is your core. This is the abdominal area. This should have been obvious, but it took me long to pay attention to it. I had completely neglected the core exercises.
The Core of the body is not only the six packs. The core includes the six packs, (wings of the back) small spinal muscles (multifids muscles), the obliques, , the lower head of the latisimus dorsi, the back extensors, transverse abdominis, and glutes, All these body part works towards stabilizing your body when you do physical activities like basic turning around and running. Obviously it helps when you get into rigorous activities like playing sport. 
Most of the injuries during workout or any other physical activities could be trace back to a weak core. Back pains usually start with a weak core. The Basic Core exercise include Squat, dead-lift and obviously all the abs exercise. Most people think squatting is only for getting big ripped legs. It will definitely get your legs stronger and toned. It will also help you get strong core. Planking is a great core workout. Using the balls also works. As we all get older, a strong core will provide more stability to other body parts.
What exactly does this have to do with your MLM Business?
The core of MLM is marketing. Just by simply looking at the name “Multi Level Marketing” and “Network Marketing”, the one word that is common to both of them is marketing. You would be surprise how many people in this industry forget that we are marketers. This is the fundamental of the MLM Business. This is the core of Network Marketing.
In other to be a top income earner in your MLM Business or Attraction marketing system like My lead system pro, you must continually work on your marketing skills. There are three important elements that you must keep in mind as your thinking, learning and practicing marketing. You must know your Market, know your media and know your message.
Your media might change. Few years back it was Google ad-word, yahoo and other search network. These days, most people are milking Facebook PPC. Some people are also into buying solo ads, media buying and banner advertisement. There is also Pay per View. As you can tell, the media will always change both online and offline.
But do you know what is funny? The same people that were making money with Google ad-word back in the days are also the same people making money in Facebook PPC now. The same people are also making money in solo ads now. Do you know why? They are constantly working on their MLM Core exercise. This is marketing.
Many of us don’t even know what we are marketing. NO, you are not marketing your MLM Network Marketing Company. NO, you are not marketing your MLM vitamins, weight loss products or Silver and Gold (Although it would be cool to collect some gold and silver these days).
You are DEFINITELY not marketing some MLM owners’ integrity. I mean you don’t know these people personally. And just in case you don’t know, IF IT MAKES BUSINESS SENSE, they will shut down the company and sell it for PROFIT. So let’s not get delusional here. You are marketing a dream. You are marketing a life style. You are marketing the idea of financial freedom. Keep working on your MLM Marketing Skills just like when you work on your core at the gym.

You’re right. Marketing in network marketing is always evolving and it’s those who can read the trends that will make it big. This is why committing to being a student of the industry and of marketing is vital. This can be done through reading books and plugging in to experts in the industry because they will give you tips that are working for them. Sometimes these tips are free and then sometimes you will have to pay a small token to get access.
