The third factor that you should consider before you join this company is their training system. This is the part in my opinion where 99% of MLM companies fall short. It doesn’t matter how great the ownership and the product is. A proper training is essential for the distributors to be successful. To Vemma’s credit, the company is including facebook and twitter in their training system. However, I do not believe that they are doing enough of that.

Majority of Vemma Distributors that I came across are still using the Old method of prospecting. At the end of the day, they are lacking an online lead generation system to blow up their business. Yes, I said Online. We are in the information and internet age. What are you doing to leverage this powerful tool called internet?
